Our philosophy is underpinned by a comprehensive systematic and pro-active in-house research and due diligence process which incorporates site visits, and access to other reliable secondary resources. We always seek to understand how local nuances influence investment decisions and those who make them. Therefore, we place a premium on local intelligence sources, especially those that are not often covered by or available to the traditional global financial news media. We lean strongly to a fundamental investing approach, so we target opportunities in companies, transactions, and assets with strong earnings prospects.
While we are not fixated on determining what the future trends and patterns will be, we seek to gain clear insights on the direction in which economies and industries are heading in order to capitalize on emerging opportunities as well as manage risk.
