By targeting high-yielding income securities trading at or below par value, we aim to generate capital appreciation in addition to high current income, and may invest in high-yield sovereign debt, corporate debt, income-paying common stock, preferred shares, convertible securities, and commercial paper. Ultimately, we aim to achieve strong risk-adjusted returns by investing in debt issues of governments and prime corporate borrowers (in U.S. dollars and other currencies).
